TERMS AND CONDITION

Following terms and condition applied in starting any project / order:

Price are denominated in US dollar and based on FOB Semarang sea port
Order confirmation by placing 50% down payment into our account - and any payment should be informed by fax or email
Minimum order 1 x 20 FCL - full container load - mix item and possibilities for 10% tolerance between ordered number and actual load should be considered and allowed
Production time 50 days after receiving down payment
Balance payment for the rest amount to the actual load should be paid after the container is onboard. The necessary information include container number, seal number, packing list and copy of shipping documents will be informed to the customer by email
Upon receiving balance payment the original shipping and supporting documents will be released and sent to the customer by courier - i.e. DHL, TNT, or else
Consolidating to integrate the goods delivery involving third party should be clearly discuss before executed
Developing new model / sample based on request would be accepted only by customers approval of some possible cost charging
Order item less than a container load (LCL) will be allowed on ex factory price term - which is exclude transport and delivery cost.
